Ben Mervis, Founder & Director

Ben studied medieval history in Glasgow and London before going on to work at world-renowned restaurant noma in Copenhagen. Beyond Fare, Ben works as a food writer, and a researcher and industry expert, most notably with the Netflix documentary series Chef’s Table.

Kenzie Yoshimura, Editor-in-Chief

Kenzie is a writer and editor interested in the social implications of food, design, and storytelling. With degrees in journalism, Spanish, and graphic design, she has spent the last decade traveling and working around the world. She is from the small town of Hood River, Oregon, and is currently based in Barcelona.

Anna Moore, Sub-editor

Anna grew up in New Jersey before moving to Scotland to study Art History, and is now based in London. She has worked as a writer in various fields, including craft, culture, and film, and enjoys swapping stories with friends over a table full of food.

Ric Bell, Art Director

After working at a number of well respected design studios in London, Ric set up POST in late 2013. A design director with extensive experience working with big retail, start-ups and global brands and magazines, his team is experienced at delivering clear and intelligent design solutions for identity, print, online and publishing projects.
